Wasting Time
“We marvel at you humans and your need to accomplish things….even the most mundane things in a day like washing your cars, Ironing, cleaning, pulling weeds, shopping, being religious, eating out at bad restaurants, reading romance novels, obsessing about your appearance and a hundred other details you make important enough to use your time doing. The drive in some of you to “never sit still” and never reflect or take in what is truly going on inside and all around you cuts you off from soulfulness. This capacity for self reflection and for observation and analysis makes you such a unique species in your world. Yet, instead of honoring that in yourselves you tend to move into the exact opposite direction, namely, distracting yourself from self and from others and what is going on around you. Your inner push to achieve or to accomplish takes you out of your body and out of your mind and heart. Finding a balance is appropriate at this time.
Simply look at all the aspects of your day and how you spend your time and ask yourself
“Is this essential in my life and am I bringing myself to this activity with integrity and with heart.” With all that your planet is going through each person who has the luxury of creating their days needs to see that your priorities are demanding change. Wasting time is not a responsible action. That does not mean that being still, reflecting, praying, breathing and loving is wasting time. Wasting time or squandering time is about distractions from the heart and from Self: TV, gossip, idle conversation, over concern for cleaning or small details that are not essential is wasting time. Worry, anger, hurrying, preoccupation with food or even with exercise is not important expenditures of time. Look at how you spend each moment for a week. Then ask yourself the two questions: Is this essential and if not then stop. Am I bringing myself fully to what I am doing? If not start. Then change what is necessary, through elimination and through reordering your priorities. After you have done that you have to ask the most important question. The first was about what are you doing that you do not need to do any longer, the second is “what am I NOT doing that I need to start doing and why is it important I make this change”. Lastly, don’t simply set an intention but plan what to do first and so on and then just get up and do it…many of you put things off simply because you are lazy, it takes too much effort you think and you believe that it is too hard to be personally responsible for your life. It is not about a better time or place. This is the time and time is not retrievable. There is no better time just now. Change now. Please…no excuses. Time is runny out.
When we talk about wasting time we are not talking about stillness. Idleness and stillness are different. Stillness is essential to be able to regenerate your energy, your health, your cells, you emotional stability and most importantly about listening to your inner voices. Hearing your true self and what your heart feels and thinks and needs. If you are not being still allot, then you have no basis for making decisions in your life…you will simply make decisions out of reactivity or conformity or impulse, usually leading to unsatisfactory experiences. When you are grounded in you own knowing from the inside out there is no margin of error…there are simply no errors at all. Just truth to then be acted on. Do you even know what is truth for you?
There is an epidemic of humans cut off and disconnected from their own source and from the ability to hear themselves in order to make decisions. This accounts for the utter chaos in your society. Stillness, breathing, nature, walking alone is your way back to self and then from that place you can interact with one another with fullness and confidence and integrity. You, in your culture here in the United States, live vicariously through others, through books, TV and through the illusion of all the media. Stay in yourself and out of everyone else’s business, out of political reactivity, out of fear generated activity, out of foolish expenditure of time and anchor yourself in you self. Stop whining about how hard it is or how defective or useless you feel and grow up as a species. You are the only one holding you back and holding the planet back from having everything you desire and restoring health to yourself, to mankind and Gaia. Take responsibility.”
Uriel
note: Recently my channeling has been signed by Uriel, whom I have not been familiar with nor have I known the history of him. I am including a brief description of Uriel for your information, I was pretty floored.
Uriel, Gabriel, Michael and Raphael are
the four archangels mentioned most often in
Hebrew, Kabbalistic, Islamic, and Christian
traditions. The name Uriel literally means
“Fire of God,” “Flame of God,” “Light of God,”
or even “Sun of God.”
Uriel is often referred to as the Great Archangel of the Earth. One contemporary account describes the archangel thus: “He (or she) is the keeper of the mysteries which are deep within the planet, underground and in the hidden depths of the living world.” Archangel Uriel, Patron of Ecology.
Uriel is considered “The penetration of divine force to the physical plane” and is of particular interest, at this time, because of the increasing intensity of seventh-ray energy in the world and growing emphasis on healing work.
The Archangel Uriel has been called “the Lord of powerful action” The Book of Enoch describes Uriel as “one of the holy angels, who is over the world… the leader of them all.”
